The One Move Technique™ used in Panic Away is a unique method that has been developed over 30 years to now be usable and understandable by the average person. This is not Internet hype or high pressure salesmanship… The developer has extensive experience working through his own anxiety and panic attacks and through coaching of countless others.

You do not have the time and energy to read a book. The information in Panic Away is concise and to the point. You won’t have to “study” to understand it. It is presented so anyone can use it.

How does the One Move Technique™ work? When you start toward a panic attack you need to be able to “restore order” in your brain. You need to be able to switch your mental activity over to the rational side again. The “one move” is the movement of mental activity away from impulse. It sounds complicated, I know, but point is, it is based on good cognitive psychology and science. And yet it is not hard to learn and use.

Oh, and it is not about “breathing” methods as panic attack cures. They refer to teaching people to breath and calm themselves as an approach that is after the fact. By then it is too late. You want to stop the attack before you reach that level of anxiety.

Think how great it would be if this is the answer you’ve been looking for!!

What Are Panic Attacks

Panic Attacks are some of the most life changing and damaging events in a person’s life. And people that have to live with this disorder will spend countless hours trying to find the right combination of doctors and medicine to help them cope with this very difficult problem that they face.

We all face stress and anxiety to a certain degree, but a panic attack is a great deal of fear in a situation that most people don’t consider unusually bad. Some sufferers are able to identify the things that bring on the anxiety, or triggers, and others are not.

Most of us will agree that public speaking is very stressful and can understand why people might “panic” in this situation. However, panic attacks victims can have these feeling in a car in heavy traffic or just walking into a store.

Anti-anxiety medications have become a very large business. And while they are helping, along with life style changes, to reduce the frequency and severity of the panic attacks, they only do so much. And some sufferers don’t get the help they need but get some unwanted side effects that come with these types of drugs.

It seems panic attacks can almost bring themselves on. People that are prone to having panic attacks will find themselves in a situation that brings them stress or anxiety and the thought of a possible attack will in fact bring on the attack. It is like a snowball effect where the thought of anxiety brings on more anxiety and that extra stress brings on more, and so on and so on, until a full blow panic attack takes over.

Because of this, a person that has had panic attacks in the past is much more likely to have them again. This type of panic attack is sometimes prevented by the person themselves by recognizing the onset and getting away from the stress or through different types of relaxation of the mind. This is of course not the case with a large part of people with attacks. There is simply no way for them to help themselves out of the anxiety.

Unfortunately, you or a loved one already knows more than most doctors will ever know about what life is like with this weight on your shoulders.

Help For Panic Attack Sufferers

There are many things that panic attack sufferers have done and try to help their anxiety, other than medications. Everyone is different and what helps one person may not do anything for another. Research and trying different things seems to be the best approach to finding real help.

Being aware of the things or triggers that bring on an attack is very important in help to stop them. If a particular situation or event causes stress it is best to stay away from it. One simple example is: If being in a crowd of people has brought on stress in the past try to avoid it by going early or later when the place is not as crowded.

Sometimes this is not possible and the situation must be addressed “head on” with confidence and maybe through the use of relaxation techniques or exercises. If you must drive on the interstate, for instance, and you know it stress you a great deal then you will need to figure out how to do it with the least amount of stress. Maybe by driving at a different time of day or maybe putting something on the radio that take the edge off for you.

Some physical relaxation methods are helpful to some and not to others. They include regular exercise such as walking or running to keep the body fit and relieve common stress that everyone faces and keep it from building into more serious anxiety. Breathing exercises are used sometimes when stress is high to calm the mind down and make the body relax. There is a lot of information on breathing techniques and the help they can bring. And physical and mental exercises such as meditation, yoga, etc. help some individuals.

We encourage you to find out about PANIC AWAY. They have help thousands already, maybe some just like you.

The following is added with permission. Good help on panic attacks cures and sleep:

Causes & Symptoms of Sleep Panic Attacks – Learn How to Treat It!
By Dean J. Curtis

With the majority of the earth’s population leading relatively stressful lives, it comes as no surprise that many people suffer from a less than comfortable night’s sleep. As compared to previous generations, a large majority of today’s busy men and women experience a troubled sleeping pattern which can often result in sleep panic attacks.

The question that really plagues the people that suffer from these attacks is: “What causes them?” It often comes as a surprise to many that sleep panic attacks are even possible.

The causes and symptoms of such attacks are generally the same as those which cause normal panic attacks such as heart palpitations and constricted breathing. People who suffer from sleep panic attacks can also wake up experiencing hot or cold flashes all the while feeling disoriented. The overwhelming feeling of dying strikes fear within the individual is the most terrifying part of going through this kind of anxiety attack.

However, what makes sleep panic attacks particularly scary are the fact that the individual doesn’t know when it’s going to happen. When someone has experienced a regular panic attack, they can grow to distinguish the signs which lead to the attack and can thus take precautions to negate the attack from happening.

They take note of the signs that occur within their mind and body which helps reduce the effect or anxiety which causes the attack. Sleep panic attacks happen in a period where the individual is, as the attack is named, asleep and thus the anxiety cannot be controlled or decreased causing the individual to wake up in the middle of attack as it takes its full effect.

Though doctors and therapists have not come to a conclusion on what actually causes the occurrence of these attacks, they have come up with a list of what may possibly trigger them.

The suspected causes are as follows.

* Heredity. There are some people who have a family history of panic/anxiety attacks. If an individual knows that panic/anxiety attacks are common within his or her family, they have a higher probably of experiencing sleep panics.
* Stress. When an individual is undergoing a period of extreme stress, such attacks become more common.
* Chemical Imbalances. Many people that suffer from such attacks are advised to get tested. The results often come up with a biochemical imbalance in the brain which is a major factor in triggering sleep panic attacks.
* Sleep Apnea. An irregular sleeping pattern combined with stress or other medical problems has also been showed to cause such attacks.

With each symptom or suspected cause, therapists and doctors have come up with different treatments to help decrease or completely stop the occurrence of sleep panic attacks.

However, for individual’s that become prone to the attacks due to heredity, there is little that the therapist can do as of now.

Find out how I managed to completely cure sleep panics just within 2 months, without ever fear that it’ll come back again..

For those that wish to try and decrease the frequency at which they experience their sleep panic attacks, there is some medication available, consultation with a therapist is also highly recommended, or alternatively, take the same path as me where I’ve found a natural panic attacks treatment that really delivers.
